Lexitas is seeking a Commercial Contracts Attorney, with 5-10 years of experience, for an exciting interim position with one of our clients, an international mission-oriented bio-pharma company. This position will work with the General Counsel and Legal Operations Director to handle various types of commercial agreements, such as CDA’s, MSA’s, Consulting Agreements, CRO’s, Privacy Agreements, etc. This is a remote, part-time long-term interim position.

Candidates must possess the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • 5-10 years of experience negotiating, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
  • Must be a passionate, dedicated and driven team player
