Lexitas is seeking a remote Commercial Real Estate Attorney, with at least 5 years of experience, to assist a client with their commercial leasing matters. This is a full-time position with an estimated duration of 2 months.

Candidates must possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:
- 5+ years of experience drafting and/or negotiating commercial real estate leasing agreements.
- In-house commercial leasing experience strongly preferred.
- Prior real estate experience within a law firm a plus.
- Experience with Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSA) s plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with a team-player mentality.
- Strong client-counseling skills.
- Licensed to practice law, and in good standing, in at least 1 US jurisdiction required.
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
