Lexitas is seeking a Construction Defect Litigation Attorney, with 3-5 years of experience, to assist one of our insurance clients. This position will assist with handling discovery, drafting motions, handling court appearances and prepping experts. This is a full-time remote position.
Candidates must possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:
- Three to five years of experience on construction defect litigation.
- Experience handling discovery, drafting motions, handling court appearance, and prepping experts (with minimal supervision).
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and a license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
