Lexitas is seeking a  Corporate Attorney, with at least 7 years of experience working on technology transactions. This is a remote, full-time interim placement with one of our clients for the next 3-6 months.
Candidates must possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:
  • 7+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within the technology practice area.
  • Experience with data licensing agreements, consulting agreements, and professional services agreements.
  • Prior experience drafting and negotiating master services agreements, statements of work, vendor agreements and contractor agreements.
  • Prior in-house experience at a software/technology company is preferred.
  • Strong client-counseling skills.
  • Licensed to practice law, in at least one US jurisdiction required.
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
