Lexitas is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 6 or more years of securities experience to support a client in the security and communications equipment industry as they prepare for an initial public offering. This is a 3–4-month contract opportunity with the potential to extend.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Draft SEC registration statements and disclosures.
  • Conduct due diligence research.
  • Assist with the overall IPO preparation.

Highly qualified applicants will possess the following education, skills, and experience:

  • Previous Initial Public Offering (IPO) experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the NYSE listing process.
  • Experience drafting SEC registration statements and disclosures.
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in any US jurisdiction, active and in good standing.
