Lexitas is seeking a licensed attorney for an Insurance Regulatory Research Project. The ideal candidate will have both in-house and firm insurance regulatory experience. This is for a project with a team of attorneys conducting insurance regulatory research. This position will be performing Quality Control review of the first level team members’ legal research work, as well as, drafting the rationalized obligations, and drafting the business rules.

Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited university
- License to practice law in any US jurisdiction, active and in good standing
- Prior in-house regulatory insurance experience
- Law firm insurance regulatory and/or litigation work is a bonus
