Lexitas is seeking a CFTC Enforcement Attorney, with 3 to 5 years of experience investigating and prosecuting Commodities Futures Trading Commission violations, for an interim position with our client. This position is a part-time remote opportunity. This attorney in this position will conduct review of enforcements cases, legal research and writing and review of potential ISDA negotiations and agreements.

Candidates must possess the following skills, experience and attributes:
- 3-5 years of CFTC enforcement experience
- Experience conducting legal research and writing regarding financial regulations
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- License to practice law in one US jurisdiction
