Lexitas is seeking an experienced commercial contracts attorney to assist a global technology company, for a 1-2 month long interim engagement to support their Canadian division. This role may also work with US law as well, so both a US and Canadian law license are required.

Candidates must possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:
- 5+ years of commercial contracts experience, preferably with technology contracts
- Experienced in negotiation, drafting and redlining agreements
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in a US jurisdiction
- Member in good standing of the law society of a province or territory of Canada
