Lexitas Acquires Alliance Reporting Service
Lexitas, a leading provider of high-quality services to the legal market and portfolio company of funds advised by Apax Partners, today announced the acquisition of Alliance Reporting Service, Inc. in Long Islands, New York.
Alliance Reporting Service, Inc. was established in 1980 by Larry Wexler, a working court reporter with four decades of experience as both a freelance and official reporter.
