Lexitas Employee Assistance Fund Mission Statement:
Lexitas established its Employee Assistance Fund (“Fund”), also known as LEAF, as a program to assist employees cope with unexpected financial hardships that place undue stress on an employee and their family. LEAF provides approved applicants with funds to help employees recover more quickly from unexpected financial hardship resulting from the impact of federally qualified, natural and other disasters and other personal hardships.Lexitas has contracted with America’s Charities, a nonprofit 501c3 organization based in Virginia, to administer and manage its Fund. America’s Charities is responsible for the management of the Fund, including performing all reviews and decisions for all applications. Lexitas is not involved in the review of any application or appeal and has delegated its authority to America’s Charities to make decisions on all applications in its sole discretion according to the guidelines established in this policy.

Feeding America
Feeding America’s mission is to end hunger in the United States by ensuring equitable access to nutritious food for everyone. As the nation’s largest hunger-relief organization, Feeding America supports a nationwide network of food banks, pantries, and meal programs that rescue food, mobilize resources, and advocate for policies that address food insecurity. By partnering with communities, donors, and policymakers, Feeding America works not only to provide immediate relief but also to tackle the root causes of hunger so people can thrive.
The Landing
Lexitas recently began a partnership with The Landing – a Houston-based organization whose mission is to serve the survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation by treating trauma, increasing victim identification, and building healing relationships.
