Walk MS: St. Louis 2026

Walk MS is the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s largest and most impactful community fundraising event, bringing together people affected by multiple sclerosis and those who support the mission to create a world free of MS. The event welcomes participants of all abilities, with accessible routes that accommodate strollers and mobility devices, and offers in‑person, virtual, and “Walk MS: Your Way” participation options. Every dollar raised directly supports programs, resources, and research that help improve the lives of people living with MS while driving progress toward a cure.

The St. Louis Walk MS on May 16, 2026 will unite the local MS community in a visible show of support and solidarity. Participants often walk as individuals or teams, wearing the event’s signature orange to represent those living with MS, along with green and yellow to recognize supporters and advocates of the Society’s mission. Walk MS is designed to be both meaningful and celebratory, culminating in an inspiring program that reinforces the message that no one has to face MS alone and that collective action truly makes a difference.
