Professional Experience:
David Remley has been engaged in litigation practice for both plaintiffs and defendants since 1981. He handled cases of many types, including business disputes, wrongful death, personal injury, medical negligence, products liability and workers’ compensation. He tried dozens of jury cases to conclusion in both state and federal courts and tried countless administrative hearings. In 2004, Mr. Remley started a mediation/ADR practice. He has since mediated over 1000 domestic relations cases and several dozen civil cases of various types.
