Mr. Lally is a native of St. Louis and graduated from St. Louis University in 1984 with a Bachelorʼs Degree in Accounting. He later earned a Master of Business Administration from St. Louis University and a law degree from St. Louis University School of Law in 1987. Mr. Lally is admitted before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, all Federal District Courts in the State of Missouri and is a member of the Missouri Bar and Illinois Bar.Mr. Lally’s legal career began at Brown, James & Rabbitt (insurance defense firm) in 1987. After working for two prominent Plaintiff personal injury law firms, Mr. Lally co-founded Rhodes & Lally in 2002 where his practice involves civil litigation, auto accident, premises liability, products liability, insurance, and workers’ compensation. Mr. Lally has served as the Municipal Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Richmond Heights since 2011.
Mr. Lally is a past president of the Lawyers Association of St. Louis and a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the American Association for Justice. He is also a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and is active in numerous local charities.
A frequent lecturer, Mr. Lally presents at seminars on various topics including trial practice, liens and subrogation, insurance, professionalism, workers’ compensation and legal ethics. He handles a broad range of litigation including personal injury, automobile and trucking accidents, products liability, wrongful death, and workersʼ compensation claims.
