Professional Experience:

Leah has over 30 years of experience in arbitration and mediation. After graduating from Washington University, where Leah was Associate Editor of the Washington University Law Quarterly, she started her career at CPI Corporation in 1987 where she held the position of Assistant General Counsel. Following that tenure, Leah began her career as an arbitrator and mediator including experience in suitability, breach of fiduciary duty, unauthorized trades, trusts and estates, construction, commercial and much more. 

Leah has been involved with the American Arbitration Association since 2000 and the National Arbitration Forum since 2009. Ms. Albert devotes 100 percent of her practice to arbitration. She serves on some national rosters, including the National Mediation Board’s Arbitration Roster. She also serves for the American Arbitration Association, the National Futures Association and FINRA.
