Randal K. Mullendore

Overview

Bringing to bear more than three decades of experience, Randy represented clients in class action, complex commercial, product liability, personal injury and insurance litigation. During his 32-year career at Husch Blackwell, Randy represented clients in hundreds of mediations in St. Louis and throughout the United States. He is now applying those skills to serve all parties in resolving their disputes in mediation.
 

Background

Randy's business litigation comprised aviation industry disputes (FBO and MRO operations), class action lawsuits, shareholder disputes, lender liability claims, business interruption and property damage claims, insurance coverage disputes and contract litigation. In his product liability practice, Randy provided strategic counsel in a wide variety of product liability cases (including firearm and ammunition); chemical, industrial and toxic tort litigation; and hundreds of serious personal injury cases, including wrongful death. His insurance litigation work extended to complex litigation involving all facets of coverage disputes, complex bad faith and vexatious refusal cases.
