Lexitas Announces Acquisition of Team Legal
Lexitas, a leading provider of technology-enabled litigation services and a portfolio company of Apax Partners, announced its acquisition of Team Legal. Founded in 1986, Houston-based Team Legal has served its Texas clients for 34 years with responsive service for medical records, deposition services and a unique data mining offering that provides clients with value-added information to enure successful resolution of cases.
