Methods of Capturing the Record
There are three primary methods currently in use to capture the record and each produce a final, verbatim transcript that can be used at hearings, trial and other proceedings. In all methods of capture, the reporter is a trained professional who understands civil procedure and is present as an unbiased office of the court for the duration of the proceeding.
